The Bones of Two Rivers

In the wake of a landmark hate speech trial in the Republic of Yamato, a mixed-heritage lawyer and a disgraced archaeologist uncover an ancient mass grave on a disputed island. As the research team is stalked by ritualistic deaths, they must peel back layers of buried history—only to find that the greatest "twist" is their own refusal to see the complexity of coexistence.
